What we can help with

• Choosing between the layers: twin, queen or king for the room you have, 13 or 16 or 18 inches for the guests you host, the camping line versus the home line, which pillow loft suits which sleeper.
• Anything on this site that looks wrong. A wrong price, a wrong height or a wrong dimension is the error we most want to hear about, because it is the number people act on.
• Setup and care questions: pump routines, the first-nights top-off, patching, washing the pillows, and how to store a bed so it lasts a decade.

What we cannot help with

We do not take payment or send parcels. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. An order placed there is handled there, and questions about a delivery, a refund or a missing pump have to go to the same place.

Reply times

We answer in the order messages arrive. There is no phone line and no chat window, because a brand this size that promised one would not answer it.
